• Stable coffee table or couch
Your Workout:
• I/Y/T on stomach – 15-20 reps
• Side Plank – 35 seconds each side
• Leg Tucks – 20 reps
• Diamond Pushup – 12 reps
• Inchworm – 8-10 reps
• Burpees – 15 reps
Repeat this circuit for 3 times. Enjoy!
