Ben is originally from Madison. He received his Personal Training certificate from the American Council on Exercise. For the past 10 years, Ben has worked in Property Management. Ben decided to change his career after falling in love with fitness. His passion for fitness originated from his desire to overcome the unhealthy lifestyle of his youth. He strongly believes that if he was able to make a positive change, that anyone can! Ben is committed to helping clients achieve their goals and be the best version of themselves they can be.
In his free time, Ben enjoys staying active outdoors such as cycling, hiking, and enjoying the Madison lakes.
