Athletics and fitness have been a part of Tanner’s life ever since his parents put a basketball in his hands at the age of 5. Tanner’s passion for fitness grew through elementary school, middle school, high school, and college. In college, he competed competitively in basketball. At a young age, basketball taught him valuable life lessons about hard work, passion, and perseverance. Tanner’s passion for sports and drive to help others achieve greatness led him to coaching JV basketball in the LaCrosse area.
During Tanner’s freshman year of college, he knew he wanted to help others better themselves to live a longer and healthier life. Knowing that, he decided to pursue a degree in Exercise Sport Science. Throughout his education and collegiate athletics, Tanner learned how to create fitness programs to not only help his own training progress, but also to help others achieve their personal goals. He has participated in a diabetes prevention program and a study on the effect of 5k runs on knees and plantar loading. Tanner is ready to help you rehab, manage, and strengthen any injury to help you prevent them from reoccurring.
