• Dumbells OR two drygoods item or canned goods
Your Workout:
• Turkish Get-ups – 5 reps each side
• Windmill Push-ups – 5 reps each side
• Flying Superman – 30 seconds
• Sit ups with Crossbody Punch – 10 reps
Repeat these workouts 3-5 times through
