Equipment:
• Sturdy chair.
• Loop band OR stretchy pair of leggings (optional).
• Backpack (optional).
Your Workout:
• Triceps dips
• Hip thrust
• Alternating mountain climbers
• Squat
• Back extension hand tap
• Step ups
• Push ups
• Squats
Complete 15 reps of each exercise for 4 rounds, with a 30 second rest between each round.
