• Heavy dumbbell OR small child!
Your Workout:
• Torso twists
• Squat press
• Crunch to your toes
• Wall sit
• Diagonal chops – 30 seconds each side
• Weighted push ups
• Triceps extensions
• Standing bicep curls
• Hop overs
• Rotational walking lunges
• Kettlebell swings
Complete each exercise for 1 minute, doing 3 rounds of this full circuit.
